We believe that your ceremony is a part of your love legacy and we are here to amplify your soul signatures. Whether you want a momentous event that involves your communities, your Uncle Fred, and your neighbor’s goat; an intimate wedding tucked away in a heartfelt location; or something in between; we want to co-create your commitment together. From wine canoes to water slides to live caribou, we’ve done it all and love the unique couple who thinks outside the box. The Wedding Mentor ($800): If your friends and family are stepping up to the task, then let's set them up for success! We arrange monthly meetings with those involved in your celebration to make sure all details are organized and ready to hand off to your day of coordinator.
The Final Countdown ($1,100): Are you a hands-on bride? We were, too (no surprise!). We are involved in helping you define and flesh out your vision are available to answer questions along the way. You plan and communicate and then hand over reigns the month before the wedding. We then wrap up the final details to organize and execute your big day so you can spend time with your loved ones!
The Homie Hook-up ($3,000): Do you have some of your wedding day decided but need to deep dive with an expert in other areas? Then this is package for you. We provide the expertise behind a complete design plan, timeline, and support up to 3 vendor selections and meetings to complete your vision with best-fit service providers. This package is complete with the day-of coordination our clients love.

We hired Kate for day-of coordination for our "casual lawn party and tacos" wedding at our home in Cle Elum. We consider ourselves DIY-ers, two laid back people that have background in hospitality and have thrown lots of parties for other people. We felt that day-of coordination would be just enough to let us enjoy our day.
We expected structure, organization, and guidance to map out the day of the wedding as well as a point of contact (so we wouldn't have to be) for vendors and guests. Did she meet our expectations? HELL YES! Kate not only typed up an extremely well thought out and organized day-of timeline, but she also gave us insight to things we would've never thought of and made the day so much easier. She kept all of her appointments and followed through with promises and timelines. By the time our wedding day came, we felt so confident that we hadn't forgotten a thing. Did I mention she is super down to earth and realistic? We just LOVE HER! When she was sending us down the aisle, she said "This is my favorite part!" and we were proud everything fell into place just as she had helped us plan.
We could not have done it without her. Our only recommendation is to let her take care of the whole process for you. I chose Tapestry Event Company to help with my big day for a few reasons: I wanted to support a friend's new business and I wanted our wedding to run smoothly. I knew I wouldn't be available the day of the wedding for vendor needs, venue set-up or any of the other hundreds of important tasks that would need to get done. I was 100% confident with leaving my event in Kate's hands and was SO glad that my husband and I made the decision to hire her.
Aside from being flexible and responsive throughout the entire year leading up to our wedding, she's also insanely creative. She created my bridal bouquet, all of my bridesmaid's bouquets and two corner adornments for our arch - all of which I received LOTS of compliments on. Working with her made me feel at ease, which is priceless for a bride. The day of our event was beyond perfect to me. I was so stressed the night before the wedding and frantically called Kate post-rehearsal worried about everything that would need to be set up without my help the following day (tables, centerpieces, bar, decorations, arch, etc.) Kate reassured me that she had everything under control, and she did! The venue looked more beautiful than ever thought it would. The wedding took place on my own dad's property, and I know he really appreciated having someone trustworthy to rely on who would to not only get everything in place where it needed to be, but to also respect the rules of the property at the same time. Kate made sure our wedding day was as stress-free as possible for everyone involved, and that was invaluable to us.
