Our company was built on creating styled shoot experiences; it’s how we sparked the Tapestry brand that you know and love today. We love supporting our creative community through the growth and pivots they want to make in their careers.

So as to respect our energy and bandwidth, we are only taking on three styled shoot collaborations a year. We will also give preference to artists and vendors of color, as we feel their work has not been centered enough in the wedding industry. We would love to use our skills and platform to amplify their stories.

What makes for a great styled shoot?

Putting together a styled shoot is the equivalent of curating a wedding or elopement from design to execution. You have to put together a vision, be able to articulate it clearly and consistently, and need to assemble a team of vendors that share a common ideal client. The art direction and overall vibe of the shoot must benefit everyone on the project, which is what leads to vendor relationships that span beyond the day of the shoot and benefit all participating businesses in the long term. The work requires contacts and resources, creative editing and design details, individual meetings to align the team, pick-ups and drop-offs, and positive energy to guide the experience. It also requires authentic human connection to curate the story behind the shoot and create copy that publications want to put in print.

How can we help bring your art direction to life?

We love doing the work! Everything you read in the last paragraph is what we flex both in our jobs as planner/coordinators and in our creative pursuits. We have years of experience learning what makes for robust, unique, publication-worth styled shoot experiences. And more importantly, we love co-creating with fellow artists like you to bring your vision to life. None of our collaborations look exactly the same because no two visions are the same. We harness our creativity, resources, and passion for logistics to bring your story to life.

We Want to Collaborate with You…

We will bring all the expertise above to collaborate with on your vision for free! In order to do so, we ask that you make a monetary investment of $2,500 into the third party services required to make a styled shoot come to life. These include:

GARMENT RENTAL, CLEANING + SHIPPING FOR TWO ($500-$750)

STATIONERY + DESIGN DETAILS ($300) / FLORAL ($1,000) / HAIR + MAKEUP KIT FEE ($100)

RENTALS ($200-$400) / COUPLE/MODELS ($100-$200) / IN-STATE TRAVEL ($50-$250)
