Kate was a dream to work with from the get-go. Over email and phone, she was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and FUN! Kate took the time to get get to know us as individuals and as a couple, and our virtual conversations were engaging. She knew which questions to ask, and it was clear she had done her research by her answers.
Throughout the process, she kept us organized and on-track, and she had a hand-picked selection of vendor recommendations for each category. She helped us expand our thinking about what a perfect wedding day would look like, and by the end of it, we had crafted a day full of thoughtful touches. Kate's vendor coordination and time-lining was made even more impressive when she instructed our team to go directly to her with any questions in the weeks leading up to our wedding; it allowed us to stay relaxed and focus on our stuff, like making sure to pack properly for the weekend, instead of trying to field questions ourselves.
On the day of the wedding, we met Kate and Kristen in person (finally!), and it felt like we were meeting up with old friends. The care the team put into every detail was apparent, from making a game-time decision on where to hike, to the picnic set-up, or even bringing a bag to place over my bouquet to protect it from the wind (granted, the bouquet was actually too big to fit under the bag, so they ended up carrying it carefully!).
